I received a copy of this email from another township resident who knew who to contact at Cooper. This was their response:
Thank you for your recent communication. I assure you it has been our
intention to remedy this situation as rapidly as possible. The
vandalism in
question occurred recently in February. The only circumstance that has
delayed this project was the weather for this time of year. As a long
time
resident of the township myself, I agree with you that acts of
vandalism of
this nature are disgraceful. Feel free to contact me or our local
store
